풍성한 가을의 문턱에서 동아시아 문화도시, 유네스코 음악 창의도시 대구에서 ‘함께해요 대구경북! 새로운 대한민국!’을 슬로건으로 2024년 제17회 대구국제재즈축제의 화려한 향연이 시작됩니다.
제17회를 맞이한 「대구국제재즈축제」는 지역민을 위해 16년간 무료공연으로 선사해 왔으며 대구가 문화공연 중심도시임을 알리고 대구의 국제적인 브랜드 가치증진과 대구만의 독특하고 창의적인 문화콘텐츠로 더욱 발전해 나갈 것입니다.

재즈와 삶이 향유하는 이번 JAZZ FESTIVAL를 통해 시·도민들에게 새로운 도약의 계기와 힐링(healing), 희망의 메시지를 전하고, 건강한 삶, 가족의 소중함을 선율에 담고자 준비했으며 외국인근로자, 다문화가정, 새터민 등 특히 문화소외계층 분들에게 사전예약을 통해 우선 무료공연 관람 기회를 드리는 등 풍성한 먹거리와 함께 다양하게 준비하였습니다.

On the threshold of autumn, the 17th Daegu International Jazz Festival in 2024 with the slogan "Let's be together Daegu and Gyeongbuk! New Korea!" in Daegu, an East Asian cultural city, and a UNESCO music creative city A spectacular feast begins.
Marking its 17th anniversary, the Daegu International Jazz Festival has been providing free performances for local residents for 16 years and will promote Daegu's international brand value and further develop it into unique and creative cultural contents unique to Daegu.

Through this JAZZ FESTIVAL, where jazz and life are enjoyed, we prepared a variety of foods, such as delivering a new leap forward, healing, and message of hope to the city and provincial residents, putting a healthy life and the importance of family in the melody, and giving foreign workers, multicultural families, and refugees, especially those from the underprivileged culture, a chance to watch free performances first through advance reservations.
